Job Description

You'll join the Product Management Team under the Chief Product Officer, responsible for driving the success of Ink’s product and service proposition. The team defines strategy, roadmaps, and features, based on customer needs, to create value for clients and Ink.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with client airlines, airports, and ground handlers to understand their needs and define product requirements.
  • Identify gaps between Ink’s current offerings and future needs, focusing on cost-effective innovation.
  • Reimagine Delivery Management Systems (DMS) to reduce costs, increase productivity, and generate additional revenue.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client markets and competitive landscapes, to drive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Commercial teams to define and prioritise initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap to internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in validation workshops to align client expectations with deliverables.
  • Prioritise the internal delivery of the roadmap based on value-driven principles.
  • Analyse and report progress, ensuring accountability and alignment with Ink’s strategies and client expectations.
  • Assist in developing strategies for new propositions in the travel delivery space.
  • Flexibility to assist with other workstreams and initiatives in a growing company.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 10+ years in aviation operations, with experience in airports, airlines, or ground handling.
  • Strong understanding of airline ground operations and airport technologies.
  • Degree-level education preferred, with a self-motivated approach to learning.
  • Demonstrate the use of technology to reduce costs, increase productivity, or drive revenue.
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills, comfortable working across various roles and personalities.
  • Self-starter with initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to organise resources and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
