Ink has partnered with Sensec AB to extend its presence in the Nordics
Ink Innovation and Sensec have partnered to enrich Nordic airport experiences amid rising passenger numbers.
The partnership will see Sensec bring Ink’s advanced suite of passenger technology to airports across the Nordic region—helping them optimise capacity and meet the demands of modern travellers.
The collaboration comes at a critical time for Nordic aviation, as the region enters a period of strong growth in early 2025. Passenger numbers are up by 9% in both Norway and Finland, while Sweden’s primary hub, Stockholm Arlanda, has seen a 5% increase. International travel is a key driver of this momentum. Regional airports in Norway are also seeing remarkable growth, with a 17% surge in passengers - underscoring rising demand beyond the major hubs.

The collaboration between Ink and Sensec combines Ink’s expertise in digital passenger processing with Sensec's extensive footprint and local market knowledge. This partnership aims to assist Nordic airports in improving their operational performance.
Sensec AB, established in 1982, specialises in security and operational solutions for sensitive environments. The company provides advanced safety equipment, including X-ray systems, metal detectors, explosives and radiation detectors, and surveillance technology. Key focus areas include baggage, vehicle, and mail screening and access control.
