Benjamin Waymark

Ben Waymark is a technical leader, product manager, and software engineer with decades of experience evaluating the trajectory of innovation and implementing complex technical solutions in various environments. His experience includes a cutover from Radixx to Amadeus for BMI Regional Airlines, building an AI-driven automated messaging system used by TravelSky to support travel agents using their GDS, and also by Air Malta to help optimise customer support. He managed a hotel, car rental, and airline ticketing aggregation system, allowing multiple suppliers to connect to a single rules engine. He is currently immersed in the Offer & Order world, finding solutions to integrate DCS into NDC ecosystems.
